RETURNS

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@halfave.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item with your proof of purchase and ship it to the address provided.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item’s condition and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to twenty (20) days from receipt of the item for processing. Refunds may take an additional 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Defective or damaged products are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at support@halfave.com to arrange for a resolution.
